Our Students Cargo Public School excels in promoting the strengths in all students and directs children towards higher levels of achievement both , academically and in the area of sport. Cargo students are offered all and often more opportunities than children in larger schools, to be involved in advanced programs in computer technology, university testing, representative sport and excursions. In 2007 the student achievements included academic credits in university tests, council student of the month award, western region representation by several students and being awarded the State Championship in small school touch football. The entire school also had the life time experience of going to the snow and learning how to ski. Our students enjoy working in a friendly classroom and having the opportunity to work in a multi age classroom often prompting higher levels of achievement. |
